Ms. Fisher thank you a million times over for all the useful information. After reading all of your articles, I decided that I will not sell my house, but instead do some remodeling. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me. I appreciate all the information. I pray that God bless you and your family abundantly. I don't have much money but I will use the information you gave. I will paint the inside of my house, paint the shutters outside, power wash the vinyl siding on the exterior, look into putting down new flooring something durable possible laminate, new drapes, comforters and rugs. I ordered Doghouse to Dollhouse for Dollars directly from Amazon and just finished reading it! I loved it! Of all the recent books I've read on RE investing, yours was the best. I also just saw today your new book, so I will be getting that next.
I'm just doing the prep-work to purchase my first flipper. I've had a triplex rental for 11 years that I will be selling next month (own w/ my mom & sister) and using the money to buy a rehab property. I've always prided myself for perfect credit and have used www.truecredit.com for several years to monitor my reports and score - but I learned so much from your info on credit - thank you! I loved that way you presented the info; I did not know the percents of what goes into my score.

Jeanette has written a very down to earth, easy to understand Real Estate book. You can take the information she has given us and apply it to your own Real Estate business. She is realistic and has a lot of good ideas that can save you money as well as sell your property. Also she walks her talk. She has literally done exactly what she writes about in her own life. So it is tried and true information. I have read both of her books and the notebook and they are well worth every penny. A good investment!!!
