If you don't sell your home in the agreed upon time, you may list with another agent without paying for your design home staging plan. However, if you don't show your home at scheduled appointments, you will be charged a fee inline with your home's price. This fee may become a lien on your home.  You will be advised of the cost of your design plan before you list with us. In other words, our interior design psychology home staging service is not free unless you list your home with our company and cooperate with the sale. We understand unusual circumstances like illness, death, and natural disasters.
